To try something unique, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.
Sake Martini
Makes a single portion
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
