Plane Carrying Pete Hegseth Required to Touch Down in UK Because of Fracture in Windshield

A plane transporting Pete Hegseth was forced to make an unplanned landing in the UK on Wednesday following a fracture was found in the plane's windshield, as stated by an official announcement which verified that Hegseth was safe.

"The plane landed based on standard procedures and all passengers, among them Pete Hegseth, is unharmed," a press officer stated in a online announcement.

The secretary was coming back from a short visit to Brussels when the incident occurred.

This event is not the first occasion that a American defense plane transporting a top government figure has suffered technical problems.

Months ago, a United States Air Force aircraft transporting the US Secretary of State to the German city of Munich was forced to return to Washington DC after suffering a mechanical fault.
